Tesla has introduced a new feedback feature. You can report FSD issues (such as mapping issues), service related feedback, Robotaxi, Supercharging, delivery, etc.
Tesla will route the feedback to their respective teams and track for closure (internal & with customer). You can also upload documents. This new feature for the first time creates a unified feedback system, and should improve the overall ownership/customer experience.
This feature is currently only available on web in your Tesla account, but will launch soon directly in Tesla's mobile app so you can provide feedback anytime.
