In der neuen von Claude-Code betriebenen Welt hat sich meine Entscheidung, bei Obsidian als Notiz-App zu bleiben (schmerzhaft vor vielen Jahren von Evernote migriert), als gerechtfertigt erwiesen. Ich sehe Freunde, die versuchen, MCPs von Notion zu installieren und weiterhin für Notion zu bezahlen, oder MCPs von Roam, die einen miserablen Job bei der Navigation ihres Roam-Diagramms machen, während man mit Obsidian überhaupt kein Plugin, keine API oder MCP benötigt. Obsidian ist schließlich nur eine Codebasis voller Markdown-Dateien, in die man Claude Code loslassen kann - das Dateisystem ist die API, Klartext ist das Format.

Ich habe versucht, meinen Ansatz zur Übertreibung eines Designs im @OtherStuffPod mit einer Analogie zu Schokoladenkeksen zu erklären:
Wenn du dich fragst: "Wäre das zu viel Schokolade?" — probiere es einfach aus, du kannst die nächste Charge immer mit weniger Schokolade machen.

We discussed Obsidian on multiple different dimensions, his deluxe chocolate chip cookie recipe, his exploration through furniture design, and his default inclination to push “too far” into anything he is exploring. Steph Ango demo'd the design process of several furniture projects he’s been working on at home as well as a custom piano learning app he created to teach himself music theory.
