Requirements

Mandatory:

  • At least one part of your project is built on X Layer.
  • Create an Agentic Wallet as your project’s main onchain identity. If multiple agents are deployed for the project, you need to clarify their relationship in README.
  • Use at least one core module from Onchain OS skills or Uniswap skills.
  • Push code to a public GitHub repo and provide a README file with the following: project intro, architecture overview, deployment address, Onchain OS/Uniswap skill usage, working mechanics, team members, project positioning in the X Layer ecosystem.
  • Submit the project via before 23:59 UTC on April 15.

Recommended:

  • Record a demo video between 1 and 3 minutes, demonstrating your product’s functions and interactive process. Upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and provide a public link to the video in the submission form.
  • Post a project intro on X with #XLayerHackathon, and we recommend you @XLayerOfficial. The post needs to include your project name, a short intro, and images or videos. Provide the post link in the submission form.
  • You can get bonus points if you effectively use more Onchain OS skills or Uniswap skills.

Rules

Each project goes through two parallel reviewer panels: AI Agent judges (quantitative) and human judges (qualitative). Scores from both tracks are weighted independently to determine the final ranking.

Agent judgesOKX Agents automatically scan relevant GitHub repos and onchain transaction history to assess code structure and integration depth with Onchain OS/Uniswap skills and X Layer’s ecosystem. Results are compiled into a quantitative report used as the scoring basis.
Human judgesOKX’s internal technical experts and external industry judges conduct evaluations based on the agent judges’ scores.
