since im not covering today's ACDT call, here's a quick follow-up on some of the highlights from @poojaranjan19's call summary:
- on removing or changing eip 7825 (Transaction Gas Limit Cap), no decisions were made, more discussion expected on the next ACD call
- there's some concerns about the EIP-7951 (secp256r1 precompile) may be overpriced and should be updated, @elbuenmayini is following up on this
- developers confirmed they will not be making changes to the supernode threshold in eip 7594 (PeerDAS) for fusaka
- there's a possibility devs will launch another devnet to test blob data backfilling functionality in clients, fusaka devnet 4 plans to be discussed on the next acd call
