Institutional staking requires clear asset segregation, transparent validator operations, robust reporting, and compatibility with internal custody and governance frameworks. Traditional staking setups often force trade-offs between operational control and liquidity, introducing complexity when managing multiple node operators or accessing stETH-based liquidity.
