Hay tres partes críticas en la pila de una startup:
- sincrónico: ambos están hablando al mismo tiempo (por ejemplo, chat)
- asincrónico: se comunican en diferentes momentos (por ejemplo, correo electrónico)
- conocimiento: información permanente (gdrive, wiki, docs)
los problemas surgen cuando los mezclas, como usar Slack como base de conocimiento.

finally ditched office 365. everyone hated it. mostly because it wouldn’t stop shoving teams links everywhere. once hopped on a partner call & they said it was the first teams link they’d ever seen. lol.
now i’m knee deep in building a “startup stack.” besides the obvious picks, which tools should we add? i’ll gather recs & publish a piece on this for others soon.
right now we just have google workspace + github. slack is probably inevitable. ramp or brex? gusto or something else? if you’re building something for startups & want me to try it, dm me. i’ll write about it honestly.
